If you’re ready to shape the future of entertainment at the intersection of media and technology, join us.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hunt and close new customer logos in the media & entertainment industry across EMEA — you’ve got the contacts, or you’ll build them fast.
  • Own the full sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close).
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
  • Build strong relationships with senior executives across content technology, operations, and finance (CXO’s, Content Licensing & Operations, Finance Executives, IT) and turn product value into strategic advantage.
  • Use deep industry knowledge to understand market trends, customer pain, and competitive landscape.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
  • Prepare board meeting presentations, report on sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and use data to improve your process.
  • Be resourceful: solve problems independently, work around blockers, and drive deals forward even when things are challenging.

What Success Looks Like (in Your First 6– Months)

  • Closed new logos (you and the team agree on a number).
  • Building a strong pipeline, and bringing prospects into the proposal stage and close.
  • Sales stages streamlined and shorter deal cycles — faster from first conversation to revenue.
  • High win-rate against competitors in your vertical.
  • Strong relationships built in the industry — customers become references.
  • Smooth customer handoff so clients are happy post-sale.
  • Feedback loop into product/marketing to influence strategy and roadmap from what you hear in the field.
  • Establish strong relationships within the Whip Sales and Product Teams.

Requirements

  • 7–8+ years of SaaS sales experience (or closely related). Priority if you’ve sold into media, entertainment, streaming, agencies, publishers, etc.
  • Experience with enterprise and/or large-scale deals.
  • Proven track record as a “hunter” — new business, outbound, finding and closing deals.
  • Existing relationships in the media & entertainment industry in EMEA are a major plus.
  • AI proficiency and adaptability.
  • Data-driven and growth mindset: use metrics, pipelines, forecasts, and customer feedback to sharpen your approach.
  • Great communicator — you can tell a story, pitch value, respond to objections, and build trust quickly.
  • Resourceful and adaptable: you can make things work even when resources are limited.
  • Customer-focused: you care about customer success, long-term relationships, not just the immediate sale.
  • Self-motivated - experienced devising and following a clear pathway to success.
  • Active learner - eager to understand more about the industry, technology and business we operate in.
  • Friendly, energetic, empathetic — team player who lifts others up.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Pipedrive, outreach automation tools, etc.
