Role Description
The Field Engineer role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the installation, maintenance, and performance of Whiff Away’s waterless urinal, biological, and closed system technologies at customer sites.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting on-site assessments, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing corrective actions to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
The Field Engineer will provide technical support to customers and internal teams, document service activities, prepare reports, and communicate clearly about system status, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
The role also involves coordinating small projects, such as new installations or upgrades, collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders, and adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
Occasional travel to client locations will be required, with remote coordination and reporting to the wider engineering and support teams.
