You are looking for a job being part of a positive team making an important difference for others. Your role as a Domestic Assistant is more than you might think: you are essential in creating a comfortable home for our residents and a great working environment for your colleagues. Your understanding of Infection Control and Safe Work Practices, having current Influenza and COVID Vaccinations and a current NDIS Worker Check (or your willingness to obtain these) will be important ways you can maintain and improve the wellbeing of our residents. We are a not-for-profit organisation, but more importantly, we are like one big family and treat each of our residents, families, and team members with the same levels of passion, care, and respect. We are hoping you will join our fantastic Whiddon family at Wingham, on a permanent part time basis working at least 31.5hrs fortnightly.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be available for the following regular rostered shifts:

  • Week 1 - Wednesday 07:00 to 15:00, Saturday & Sunday 07:00 to 11:30
  • Week 2 - Monday and Wednesday 07:00 to 15:00

You will also need to be flexible to cover occasional sick leave and annual leave when required.
