We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled teacher with Key Stage 2 experience to join our Inclusion Team on a part-time basis. The exact working hours are flexible and can be negotiated with the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
- Work with staff and pupils to identify gaps in foundational literacy and numeracy skills.
- Deliver targeted interventions through small group and one-to-one teaching.
- Support pupils to apply literacy and numeracy confidently across all subjects.
- Monitor, evaluate and celebrate progress, building confidence, resilience and independence.
Qualifications and profile
- Passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential, with an understanding of barriers some students face in education.
- Excellent classroom practitioner with the ability to teach Key Stage 2 English and mathematics.
- Confident in delivering targeted interventions that accelerate progress and build confidence.
