The predicted salary is between 31000 - 35000 £ per year.

This role is a 12 months fixed term contract/secondment offering a competitive salary, hybrid working (London, Tuesday is our team day in the office), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this. Salary: £37,000 - £39,000 per annum.

About the role:

Support the Senior Marketing Manager and work alongside a fellow Senior Marketing Executive to shape and refine propositions across the Which? portfolio of products and services, including Core Reviews, lifestyle products, and legal services. This dynamic role offers variety and will involve using insights to uncover new opportunities for enhancing the appeal of our products and services. You'll play an integral role in testing new products, introducing new benefits within existing propositions, exploring pricing strategies to drive customer lifetime value, and supporting the development and launch of offer roadmaps to boost key seasonal periods. This role is ideal for a marketing generalist who thrives on variety and enjoys working with a wide range of teams. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with teams across the business, including Acquisition, CRM, and Engagement, ensuring seamless integration. You'll also work with creative and product teams to unlock new capabilities and identify strategic opportunities, helping to shape the future direction of our offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Use insights and data to identify opportunities and agree on areas of focus to enhance the appeal of Which? products and services.
  • Support the development, testing and optimisation of new and existing propositions across Core Reviews, lifestyle products and legal services.
  • Trial and analyse new pricing strategies to increase customer lifetime value and improve commercial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Acquisition, CRM, Engagement, Creative and Product, to support driving proposition development and execution.
  • Assist in shaping and delivering offer roadmaps, ensuring a compelling value proposition for target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyse proposition performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and future innovation.

About you:

We're looking for a commercially minded marketer with a broad knowledge of the marketing function and experience in using insights to drive product and service improvements. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, this role would suit someone who thrives on variety, enjoys analysing data to uncover insights, and is naturally inquisitive about performance and optimisation. You will be able to:

  • Support the development and delivery of a roadmap of activity to test and refine propositions, including trialling new pricing strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, particularly Product Teams, to unlock new marketing capabilities and opportunities.
  • Use commercial data and consumer insights to identify areas of focus, formulate recommendations, and contribute to improving product appeal and performance.
  • Analyse performance data, ask the right questions, and suggest actionable recommendations to drive growth and engagement.
  • Assist in providing performance updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Help manage project initiatives and campaign analysis, ensuring activity is delivered on time and within budget.

The interview process for this role involves:

  • Initial screening stage - 15-20 minute call with hiring manager
  • 1 hour stage with task (meet with fellow senior executive and head of engagement)
