This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (London, 2 days in the office - usually Wed & Thu), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this. Salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced brand marketer to work at an iconic and highly trusted organisation. In this role you will support the delivery of the new brand strategy and creative platform across all communications and ongoing brand activity. You will also be responsible for managing the communication planning process and delivery for other priority brand activity across all of our key audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage communication planning process for key Which? brand activity, including pulling together comms planning frameworks, brief development, project plans, stakeholder management, feedback, approvals, asset delivery and report analysis.
- Support in the development and delivery of brand and key activities for Which? that deliver organisational performance metrics across key audiences.
- Engage and collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders and teams to align plans, gather relevant insight, ensure consistency, and deliver maximum impact across the organisation and key audiences, within brand guidelines.
- Manage day-to-day relationships and project status with creative and media agency partners during activity development, as well as internal creative and production teams.
- Work closely with various Insight and Analytics teams to monitor in-flight performance, optimise as required, and comprehensively report on activity performance.
About you:
- Ability to lead planning at key activity level from start to finish with some support, including setting objectives, using insight, writing and delivering briefs, delivering activity and post campaign analysis for all types of activity on time and budget.
- Managing complex projects and plans with multiple cross-organisational stakeholders, building strong relationships.
- A well-developed sense of creative and media judgement.
- Understanding of effective measurement framework and KPI setting.
- Execution of TTL marketing communications (owned, earned, paid) with understanding of the role that different channels play, how to integrate them and a good understanding of agency management.
The interview process for this role involves a 60 min interview including a task to be prepped for ahead of time.
