This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working, 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme. London: London/Hybrid minimum 1d/week in the office (Thursdays) Salary £70,000 – £75,000 per annum – (12 months Fixed Term Contract) You\’ll be accountable for the vision, strategy, discovery and delivery of a squad working to deliver Which\’s first large-scale consumer-facing AI product. You\’ll also be instrumental in building and validating the longer term vision and roadmap for how our proposition will evolve in the light of emerging Generative and Agentic AI technologies. You\’ll be working with our content and product testing experts, to understand the data and narrative at your disposal. You\’ll be building a long-standing, high-performing multidisciplinary product team that can work on a range of different problems. Initially we expect this to focused on a chat-based interface that will help our members get the insight they need to make key consumer choices. You\’ll balance user needs, technology opportunities and business outcomes to create an evidence-based approach to helping our users – so that we can attract and retain subscribers, create new partnerships, increase revenues, and thereby continue to fund our important charitable work standing up for all UK Consumers. Like any Senior Product Manager, you\’ll be working on some of our more complex problem areas, where there may be no clear solution – or maybe countless solutions to be reconciled. You\’ll be creating a range of longer-term plans, and thinking about the evidence you – and your stakeholders – will need to help choose between them. Experienced senior product manager that has worked in a range of contexts or parts of the product lifecycle, using modern discovery, delivery, and operations approaches Experience building AI-based products using multidisciplinary user-centred teams, iterating them, and ideally launching them into market.
