This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working, 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme.

Salary £45,000 – £49,000 per annum

Location: London/Hybrid (Office based every Thursday + 1 other day)

***To be considered for this role you must have experience as either an EA in a Product/Techenvironment or experience in another position within a Product/Tech environment***

About the role

As an Executive Assistant, you\’ll be the right hand to our CTPO (Chief Technology Product Officer), ensuring their daily operations run seamlessly. Your adaptability, proactive approach, and exceptional organisational skills will make you an indispensable asset in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and driving efficiency across the board. You\’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with brilliant minds, contributing to strategic decisions and witnessing the impact of your efforts firsthand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being a proactive, go-getter that actively seeks out pressure points for the CPTO to alleviate and assist in areas before they have the chance to become problems
  • Keeping the CPTO on track, focused on aligned on upcoming projects, meetings and work
  • Collaboratively working with the Extended Leadership Team as a go-between
  • Keeping on top of emails and inbox + being a consistent and reliable sounding board for the CPTO
  • People-centric; attending key meetings within the department and relaying updates back to CPTO to ensure he is being kept up to date on ongoing projects within relative areas.

About you:

  • Experience of providing efficient EA support to senior staff working within a Product/Tech environment
  • A familiarity with Agile Methodologies and Project Management
  • A Keen organiser with excellent attention to detail and Inbox management experience
  • Ambitious, with a constant hunger for growth and learning
  • Flexible and able to prioritise and switch priorities as needed.
  • Strong relationship building skills, ability to create and maintain relationships internally across the organisation and with external stakeholders at varying levels
  • Problem solver with a willingness to talk through pressure points and problems with LT members until a solution is found.

The interview process for this role involves:-

  • An interview on Google Meet (approximately 45-90 minutes) consisting of values and experience-based competency questions and a role related task on a laptop
