This role is fixed term for 12 months and offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (up to 2 days in our London office), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this. About the role
An exciting opportunity for a researcher to join our Consumer Research & Analysis Team. As part of an energetic and committed team of researchers, writers, statisticians, programmers and analysts, you will lead on quantitative and qualitative research projects that feed into our magazines and website.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage research projects - mainly surveys - throughout the project cycle and advise on how to report results on our magazines and website;
- Collaborate with the team to assist in quality assurance checks through all stages of the research projects;
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the team's strategical activities;
- Collaborate with other researchers and the wider Editorial team to identify areas of consumer interest or detriment and share insights that improve business performance, updating, managing and sharing knowledge continuously.
About you:
We are looking for a motivated team player with a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who has some experience with quantitative research and in particular surveys, designing questionnaires and sampling strategies. The job is also suitable for mixed methods researchers with experience with quantitative as well as qualitative research studies. If you are passionate about social and/or market research, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong interest in consumer issues, then we want to hear from you!
The interview process for this role involves:
- First stage: 15 minutes telephone call around your CV with one hiring manager who will phone you at this time.
- Second stage: 1 hour interview via TEAMS with Sinead McGovern and Davide Tiberti. (On booking this stage, the hiring manager will send you out a small task that they will need returned on the day prior to your interview. They may touch on your thought process around this task and how you found it; but there will be no requirement to present back on the day).
