Which? is the UK's consumer champion, and we're looking for an Acquisition Marketing Manager to guide our Wills, Legal and Lifestyle products. You'll be the vital link between our service teams, analysts and agencies, helping us grow our Wills and Legal services from a £2.5m business to £5m by 2030.
About the Role
You'll use data and insight to build multi-channel plans that attract new members and support meaningful growth. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you'll create strategies that connect with people when they need us most.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Creating and rolling out plans across paid and earned channels to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Working with teams to develop the Which? Wills and Legal services and support year-on-year member growth
- Using data to understand our members better and spot chances for future activity
- Building marketing content and improving online journeys to boost engagement and sales
- Managing and supporting two Marketing Executives to help them grow and succeed
About you
What background and skills would help you succeed in this role?
- Multi-channel marketing background with a proven ability to improve sales through paid media, including Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns
- Strong data skills and experience using GA4 to analyse performance and guide decisions
- Experience managing projects from start to finish and presenting insights to colleagues and senior teams
- Creative thinking combined with a data-informed approach to testing and improvement
