This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working in London (every Tuesday), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this. Salary £40,000 - £43,000 per annum.

You'll help us grow our impact in this sector, building connections with businesses and creating value for consumers. About the Role

You’ll work closely with our Financial Services team to build new partnerships and strengthen existing ones. Could you see yourself helping us achieve our goal to support more consumers with their money decisions?

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the creation of new propositions in financial services that meet consumer and business needs
  • Building a network of partnerships to increase awareness and conversion of commercial opportunities
  • Conducting regular analysis of the sales pipeline to identify gaps, risks and opportunities
  • Working with Product and Tech teams to develop digital experiences that optimise conversion and revenue
  • Managing reporting and working with colleagues across the organisation

About You

What experience do you bring to relationship building and commercial work?

  • You have a background in providing solutions for clients, including product sales and partnerships
  • You're comfortable with financial decisions and have sound commercial awareness
  • You're skilled at building relationships and engaging with people across different teams
  • You're highly capable with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and spreadsheet management

The interview process

Stage one: is a structured TEAMS interview of 30 minutes. Stage two: 30 minutes TEAMS interview with task. A task will be sent to you on booking your second interview (by one of the hiring managers) to be presented back at interview. Interviewees: Rachel Butters and Simon Boulton.
