The predicted salary is between 50000 - 62000 £ per year.

This role is fixed term for 12 months and offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (London, 2 days in the office - Tue & Thu), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this. Salary 58,000 – 62,000 per annum.

About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B marketing specialist to lead the communication strategy and planning for our B2B marketing activity, alongside evolving and embedding our Which? brand across all B2B communications. Reporting into the Head of Brand and Communication Planning, this is a critical role for us to realise our ambitious 2030 plans so we’re after someone who is excited by the potential, brings strong B2B marketing best practice and industry knowledge, lots of energy and new ideas, to help us set-up for success. This is a fixed term contract whilst we best define the future operating model.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the integrated B2B communication strategy and planning aligned to our new proposition, including budgeting and senior engagement - across our endorsements, trusted traders and partnership areas - to deliver in line with organisational targets.
  • Evolve, deliver and champion our new brand creative platform across our B2B communications and support internal B2B related brand queries.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on B2B marketing, helping to define a best practice marketing operating model, build internal capabilities and explore new routes to market.
  • Work closely with the Insight and Analytics teams to best understand our B2B audiences, competitors, external news and insights, as well as set-up an appropriate measurement framework and reporting.
  • Effectively lead on any internal and external relationships during creative, strategic and planning development - working closely with the B2B marketing team who are responsible for delivery of plans.

About you:

  • Strong B2B marketing skills across a wide range of disciplines with a solid understanding of the business audience, best practice B2B communication planning, creative judgement and effective measurement.
  • Significant experience in executing B2B marketing activity (owned, earned, paid) and bringing to life through innovative activations, understanding the different roles B2B communication channels play and how to best integrate.
  • Relevant experience of managing complex marketing activity to plan and budget, managing and building positive relationships with multiple stakeholders, and driving forward new initiatives.
  • A positive and go-getting attitude - not afraid to get stuck in, take on new challenges and make things happen. There’s so much opportunity to unlock that we want someone as passionate about it as we are!

The interview process for this role involves: 60 minutes interview with a small task.
