Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of customer-focused services that achieve key performance indicators and high satisfaction levels
- Oversee neighbourhood plans within your region, identifying opportunities for joint working and boundary collaboration
- Use performance and neighbourhood data to inform operational decision-making and service improvements
- Support contract monitoring and performance management activity
- Develop effective working relationships with contractors, partner agencies, local authorities and internal stakeholders
- Assist in maintaining high standards of neighbourhood and contracted service delivery
- Support the management and development of a high-performing team
- Contribute to the implementation of service strategies, policies and operational improvements
- Support budget monitoring and performance in line with business objectives
Qualifications
- Recent and relevant experience within housing, with a strong understanding of neighbourhood services
- Experience of managing or supporting teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
- Experience of partnership working with agencies, contractors and stakeholders
- Knowledge of housing management legislation, regulation and operational practice
- Experience of developing or implementing housing strategies, policies or service improvements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support decision-making
- Excellent communication and report‑writing skills
- Strong IT skills with the ability to use systems and data effectively
- The ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting priorities and make sound decisions
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
