Location: Walsall, West Midlands

Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of customer-focused services that achieve key performance indicators and high satisfaction levels
  • Oversee neighbourhood plans within your region, identifying opportunities for joint working and boundary collaboration
  • Use performance and neighbourhood data to inform operational decision-making and service improvements
  • Support contract monitoring and performance management activity
  • Develop effective working relationships with contractors, partner agencies, local authorities and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in maintaining high standards of neighbourhood and contracted service delivery
  • Support the management and development of a high-performing team
  • Contribute to the implementation of service strategies, policies and operational improvements
  • Support budget monitoring and performance in line with business objectives

Qualifications

  • Recent and relevant experience within housing, with a strong understanding of neighbourhood services
  • Experience of managing or supporting teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
  • Experience of partnership working with agencies, contractors and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of housing management legislation, regulation and operational practice
  • Experience of developing or implementing housing strategies, policies or service improvements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support decision-making
  • Excellent communication and report‑writing skills
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to use systems and data effectively
  • The ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting priorities and make sound decisions
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
