About this role: We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to lead an area of our Ventures design team, focusing on the apps and websites of our customers and partners end-to-end journeys, spanning food delivery, grocery, loyalty programs, innovation, and retail media integrations globally.
Key responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership: Take full responsibility for the design of complex features and product pillars, from initial discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and developer hand-off.
- Strategic Thinking: Work closely with Product Managers to translate business goals into intuitive user journeys.
- Collaboration & influence: Partner with peers to balance technical feasibility with user-centric design, advocating for UX best practices in every discussion.
- Design excellence: Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while pushing the boundaries of UI/UX innovation.
- Mentorship: Act as a role model for Career-level designers, providing constructive feedback through design crits and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Research advocate: Work closely with our UX Research team to validate concepts, using data and insights to iterate and improve the product.

- Proven experience: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve complex, large-scale product challenges with elegant and functional design solutions.
- Mastery of craft: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with a deep understanding of design systems and how to scale them.
- Problem solver: Ability to navigate ambiguity and "unknowns" while thriving in the fast-paced, experimental environment of the Ventures team.
- Communication & storytelling: Exceptional ability to articulate design decisions and "sell" a vision to stakeholders, using clear rationale and evidence.

- Cross-functional experience: Expert at working in an agile environment, understanding how to integrate design into the development lifecycle effectively.
