As a prospective member of our On‑Platform Advertisement team, you will join a dynamic, cross‑functional group comprising .NET, web (React/Vue), and Android specialists. We need an iOS engineer to enhance our team. Our team operates across London, Bristol, Sofia, Berlin, and Kyiv, and offers hybrid work: three days a week from the London office and two days working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects, mentor peers, and collaborate effectively.
- Write high‑quality, thoroughly tested code and maintain an excellent codebase.
- Develop new features, enhance existing ones, boost performance and streamline platforms.
- Craft stunning user interfaces for our iOS application, serving our extensive customer base.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, delivery managers, UX designers, and both client and server‑side engineers.
- Own updates from development through to their successful performance in production.
- Release updates to the App Store about every two weeks and oversee their performance.
- Review and approve team code changes once automated tests are passed.
- Generate and implement creative ideas to improve the apps.
What you will bring:
- Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI for iOS development.
- Experience with integration, unit, and UI tests to ensure application robustness.
- Deep knowledge of the iOS ecosystem and architectural patterns such as MVP, MVVM, and MVC.
- Strong capability in continuous integration practices and tools.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, especially Git.
- Skills in writing clean, isolated, and reusable components.
- Proficient in using RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back‑end services.
- Experience with enterprise tools and CI systems tailored to iOS development.
- Proactiveness in sharing and seeking out information.
- Natural ability for giving and receiving feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and a pragmatic approach when needed.
- Commitment to writing tests as a definition of done.
