- We’re looking for a
- Global People Operations & Workday Governance Lead to sit at the intersection of
People, Technology, Data and Transformation .
You’ll play a key role in building a scalable, secure and data-driven People function — owning global governance, driving Workday strategy, leading cross-functional cycles and helping us unlock the potential of automation and AI.
- What you’ll do
- Global People Governance
- Own and drive alignment across global People processes, working closely with People Business Process Owners and senior People leadership.
- Act as a key escalation point for complex Workday, People Operations and People Data matters.
- Partner with Audit, Legal and Compliance to ensure strong controls, segregation of duties and secure access to People data.
- Workday, Automation & Transformation
- Act as a strategic Business Process Owner and key partner to our Workday Product Owner and ISD.
- Translate People needs into technical requirements and help shape the Workday roadmap and backlog.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve People processes, including through
AI and emerging technologies .
- Partner with Transformation to turn these opportunities into scalable solutions.
- People Data & Analytics
- Own global governance and integrity of People data, ensuring it is clean, consistent, secure and ready for advanced analytics and AI.
- Partner with the business to develop dashboards, reporting and data solutions that enable better decision-making.
- Oversee data access requests and ensure sensitive People data is appropriately protected.
- Cross-functional Delivery
- Lead major People cycles such as performance and compensation reviews, coordinating delivery across multiple People functions.
- Drive change management, communication, documentation and training to ensure successful adoption of new Workday processes.
- What we’re looking for
You’ll combine strategic thinking with strong operational and Workday expertise . You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in
People Operations, HRIS, Workday, People Technology or a related field .
- Strong understanding of global People processes, data and governance.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
- The ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- A strong interest in automation, AI and the future of People Technology .
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and at senior level.
