The Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role combines client relationship management, sales negotiation, and revenue generation with hands-on problem solving to drive business growth. You will guide clients through the sales process and ensure their experience with WYA is seamless and positive. This is a dynamic and practical role requiring adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and manage the CRM, HubSpot.

Experienced in managing enterprise sales cycles. Proactive approach to selling, confident about adapting and presenting sales decks to audience. Understands the importance of stakeholder management. Wide variety of sales target use cases.
You will be a driven and ambitious sales professional with demonstrable experience of building strong client relationships and closing deals. Communication and negotiation come naturally to you, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where your organisational skills make a real impact. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, you will be confident and have experience of navigating CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, and have a genuine enthusiasm for events, technology, and digital engagement. You will be ready to take ownership and help drive growth while delivering an exceptional client experience.
