This is an opportunity for a Manager to join a high‑growth advisory firm that is transforming how global tax compliance and reporting services are delivered. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex global tax compliance and reporting programmes for multinational clients, helping to coordinate activity across multiple jurisdictions and stakeholders. Working closely with clients, tax specialists, technology teams, and delivery centres, you will help ensure programmes are delivered efficiently, risks are managed proactively, and clients receive a high‑quality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of large‑scale global tax compliance and reporting engagements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage day‑to‑day programme activity, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate international teams, tax specialists, and external providers to support successful delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted point of contact throughout engagements.
  • Support programme governance, reporting, resource planning, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify and elevate risks, issues, and dependencies while helping to implement effective solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and support the adoption of technology‑enabled delivery solutions.
  • Promote consistency, quality, and best practice across engagements.
  • Help improve and standardise delivery methodologies, processes, and controls across engagements.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex projects, programmes, or client engagements within a professional services firm or multinational organisation.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and delivery teams across different locations.
  • Strong project and programme management skills, including planning, reporting, governance, and risk management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering high‑quality client outcomes.

Desirable:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management qualification.
  • Tax, accounting, finance, or related professional qualification.
  • Experience with tax technology platforms, ERP systems, workflow tools, or compliance transformation programmes.
  • Experience supporting global compliance, outsourcing, or tax operating model engagements.
