Job Requirements
- Significant experience managing large-scale global tax compliance, reporting, or outsourcing programmes within a professional services firm or multinational organisation
- Experience coordinating complex multi-jurisdictional engagements involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams
- Strong programme and project management expertise, including governance, planning, risk management, reporting, and resource coordination
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior finance, tax, and business stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes
Desirable
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or similar project management qualification
- Tax, accounting, finance, or related professional qualification
- Experience with tax technology platforms, ERP systems, workflow tools, or compliance transformation programmes
- Experience supporting tax operating model design or global compliance outsourcing engagements

Job Responsibilities
This is an opportunity for a Senior Manager to play a pivotal role within a high-growth advisory firm that is transforming how global tax compliance and reporting services are delivered. You will lead complex global tax compliance and reporting programmes for multinational clients, providing oversight, governance, and delivery leadership across multiple jurisdictions. Acting as the senior programme lead, you will bring together clients, tax specialists, technology teams, and delivery centres to drive successful outcomes, manage risk, and create additional value for clients. You will work with multinational clients operating across dozens of jurisdictions, coordinating stakeholders and delivery teams around the world. This is a highly visible role combining programme leadership, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking. You will help shape how global tax services are delivered while playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large-scale global tax compliance and reporting engagements across multiple jurisdictions
