What We Are Looking For

  • Initiative - someone who sees a problem and fixes it, rather than waiting to be told

  • Experience of what a great EA or office management looks like - ideally in a professional services, start-up, or fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

What You Will Do

Executive Support

  • Manage complex, fast-changing diaries for senior executives - prioritising with judgment, not just instruction
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Anticipate needs before they are asked — brief executives ahead of meetings, flag clashes, solve problems proactively
  • Help executives transition to a new working environment, supporting them in the use of AI tools and efficient ways of working
  • Draft communications, prepare materials, and handle ad hoc requests with discretion and professionalism
  • Help shape the support model as we scale
  • Act as a calm, energetic and reliable point of contact - someone the exec team trusts completely

Office Management

  • Take ownership of the office environment - making it a place people enjoy coming to and are proud of
  • Manage relationships with our managed service space provider and any other suppliers or contractors
  • Organise and maintain office supplies, equipment, and shared spaces
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new starters — passes, desks, kit, introductions
  • Spot what needs doing and just do it - this role rewards initiative over instruction-following

AI & Technology

  • Use AI tools actively in your own work - drafting, scheduling, research, summarising
  • Act as an informal champion for AI adoption: show executives what is possible, help them build good habits
  • Stay curious about new tools and bring ideas for how the team can work smarter
