What You Will Do
Executive Support- Manage complex, fast-changing diaries for senior executives - prioritising with judgment, not just instruction
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Anticipate needs before they are asked — brief executives ahead of meetings, flag clashes, solve problems proactively
- Help executives transition to a new working environment, supporting them in the use of AI tools and efficient ways of working
- Draft communications, prepare materials, and handle ad hoc requests with discretion and professionalism
- Help shape the support model as we scale
- Act as a calm, energetic and reliable point of contact - someone the exec team trusts completely
- Take ownership of the office environment - making it a place people enjoy coming to and are proud of
- Manage relationships with our managed service space provider and any other suppliers or contractors
- Organise and maintain office supplies, equipment, and shared spaces
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new starters — passes, desks, kit, introductions
- Spot what needs doing and just do it - this role rewards initiative over instruction-following
- Use AI tools actively in your own work - drafting, scheduling, research, summarising
- Act as an informal champion for AI adoption: show executives what is possible, help them build good habits
- Stay curious about new tools and bring ideas for how the team can work smarter
