About the Role:

You\’ll work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to ensure smooth service, excellent standards, and a motivated, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and maintain brand standards

• Manage and inspire a team of 10+ staff

• Support stock control, gross profit margins, and rota planning

• Lead service with a strong attention to detail

• Contribute new ideas to improve service and operations

• Ensure training, development, and progression of the team

• Uphold high standards in health & safety and food hygiene

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 12 years experience as an Assistant General Manager in a busy bar/restaurant setting

• Strong communicator and effective team leader

• Comfortable working under pressure and solving problems on the spot

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to service excellence

• Proven ability to manage people and liaise with senior stakeholders

• A proactive, upbeat, and self-motivated attitude

• Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours
