Wheely is a high-end ride-hailing service redefining premium transportation across major cities in Europe and the Middle East. We combine technology with the art of five-star chauffeuring to deliver a consistently exceptional experience. As a profitable, fast-growing scale-up with $43M raised, we are expanding rapidly across EMEA and the US. We are looking for a skilled Tech Recruiter to join our London office.

In this role, you will work with a high level of autonomy, managing a variety of international openings for a global tech company. You will own the full talent acquisition process and play a key role in shaping a world-class team.

What the job involves:

  • End-to-end recruitment for product management, engineering, and go-to-market roles, primarily focused on the UK but also supporting our global offices (UAE, Europe, US).
  • Working autonomously across multiple hiring projects.
  • Helping Wheely create a more transparent and efficient recruitment process.
  • Participating in marketing and PR initiatives to strengthen our employer brand.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience, ideally at a scale-up or large tech company.
  • Experience managing cross-border and cross-cultural hiring is highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing technologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-centered approach.
  • Self-disciplined and able to work autonomously.
  • Fluent in English.

This is an office-based role located in Hammersmith. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
