Wheely is not a traditional ride‑hailing company. We are building a platform with user privacy at its core while successfully scaling a five‑star service to millions of rides across multiple cities. We are now looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our office in London. If you're passionate about tech and would like to contribute your skills and knowledge to building a world‑class product, jump in.
What the job involves:
- Searching candidates for tech and non‑tech roles (including Executive) across a large variety of sources: LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
- Assisting recruiters with scheduling interviews and following up for feedback.
- Keeping our candidate database (Greenhouse) neat and tidy and making sure hiring teams follow the guidelines.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant experience at an agency or in‑house recruitment.
- Relevant research experience (university for example) as an advantage.
- Self‑discipline.
- Good command of English.

This is an office‑based role located in Hammersmith. Wheely has an in‑person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
