We are now looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our office in London. If you\’re passionate about tech and would like to contribute your skills and knowledge to building a world‑class product, jump in.
What the job involves Searching candidates for tech and non‑tech roles (including Executive) across a large variety of sources: LinkedIn, job boards, etc
Assisting recruiters with scheduling interviews and following up for feedback
Keeping our candidate database (Greenhouse) neat and tidy and making sure hiring teams follow the guidelines
Requirements 1+ years of relevant experience at an agency or in‑house recruitment
Relevant research experience (e.g., university) as an advantage
Self‑discipline
Good command of English
