As an Associate Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the health of our marketplace. Utilise advanced data analytics to perform deep-dive root-cause analysis on marketplace inefficiencies. You are expected to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations that directly influence business performance. Leverage predictive forecasting to anticipate market needs and deploy tactical levers including dynamic pricing, structured chauffeur incentives, and configuration adjustments. Strategic Execution & Impact: Own the full execution lifecycle: from deploying localised configurations to monitoring post-launch performance. You will move beyond delivery to validate that every initiative achieves its intended business impact, iterating on tactics in real-time to ensure measurable improvements. Product and Operations Link: Act as the strategic link between Product and Local Operations to solve marketplace inefficiencies. You will translate local operational friction into technical requirements to further improve marketplace health and platform functionality. Academic Excellence: A degree in a highly quantitative field (Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering) from a top-tier university. You must have a strong foundation in first-principles thinking Analytical Curiosity: Exceptional logical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data. While not a day-one requirement, you must have a strong desire to master data analysis tools (i.e. SQL, Python etc) Evidence of a high-performance mindset. We look for "finishers", this could be demonstrated through intense academic research, competitive sports, demanding internships, or complex personal projects. Ability to work from the Wheely Academy (Hammersmith, London) 5 days a week.
