- Write high-quality, performant code primarily in Go
- Implement new microservices and help manage the migration away from legacy services
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate abstract requirements into technical designs
- Keep systems responsive under heavy load by optimizing latency and reliability
Требования:
- 6+ Years of experience building and maintaining scalable backend services
- Strong engineering fundamentals; candidates can interview in their strongest language if they do not know Go
- In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher; comfortable debating technical trade-offs with peers
