In this role, you’ll work with a high level of autonomy, managing a variety of international openings for a global tech company. You’ll own the full talent acquisition process and play a key role in shaping a world‑class team. What the job involves:- End‑to‑end recruitment for product management, engineering, and go‑to‑market roles, primarily focused on the UK but also supporting our global offices (UAE, Europe, US)
- Working autonomously across multiple hiring projects
- Helping Wheely create a more transparent and efficient recruitment process
- Participating in marketing and PR initiatives to strengthen our employer brand
- 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience, ideally at a scale‑up or large tech company
- Experience managing cross‑border and cross‑cultural hiring is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing technologies and tools
- Excellent communication skills with a client‑centered approach
- Self‑disciplined and able to work autonomously

This is an office‑based role located in Hammersmith. Wheely has an in‑person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
