Wheely is not a traditional ride-hailing company. We are building a platform with user privacy at its core while successfully scaling a five-star service to millions of rides across multiple cities. We are now looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our office in London. WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES
- Searching candidates for tech and non-tech roles (including Executive) across a large variety of sources: LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
- Assisting recruiters with scheduling interviews and following up for feedback.
- Keeping our candidate database (Greenhouse) neat and tidy and making sure hiring teams follow the guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of relevant experience at an agency or in-house recruitment.
- Relevant research experience (university for example) as an advantage.
- Good command of English.

This is an office-based role located in Hammersmith. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
