In 2022 Wheely established it’s 1st official Engineering Hub in Nicosia, Cyprus. Since then, it has grown to a team of almost 40. Our London HQ has always been home to product managers and senior engineering leaders. This year we’ve started hiring more engineers in the UK and have massive hiring plans for the next 12 months, which means, you will be joining us at a very exciting time. In this highly autonomous role you will be covering the full spectrum of engineering vacancies in the UK, as well as in Cyprus. What the job involves Full cycle recruitment for (mostly) senior engineering and product management roles across all our locations (CY, UK in particular) You will be working with a high level of autonomy Helping Wheely shape a more transparent and efficient recruitment process Participating in marketing and PR activities aiming to improve the HR brand IC at the beginning with the potential of growing your team Requirements 4+ years of tech (engineering) recruitment experience at an international start up, scale-up or large tech company Strong network across the UK tech community with a specific focus on startups and scaleups Good understanding of the modern technology, ie what are the most common languages/frameworks that are used by top tier companies and what’s the difference between them Good understanding of the UK and EU startup/tech/VC ecosystem Cross-border and cross-cultural experience is highly appreciated Great communication skills and client-centered approach Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously Good understanding of the UK and European tech talent markets Fluent English What We Offer Wheely expects the very best from our people, both on the road and in the office.
