We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who shares our commitment to quality, has a high visual bar, and can turn complex problems into intuitive user experiences.
As a Product Designer, you will:
- Drive design decisions as a self‑directed member of a cross‑functional team.
- Lead the end‑to‑end design process from ideation to launch across mobile and web.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to iterate and fine‑tune the product.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements, design system evolution, and new features.
- Write clear, concise UX copy tailored to context and audience.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Product Designer on digital user‑facing products.
- High visual craft with attention to polish and detail.
- Experience crafting well‑balanced interactions that make interfaces feel natural.
- Ability to design complex features while maintaining consistency across the product.
- Technical confidence: able to understand engineering constraints and design within them.
- Proactive in defining and prioritising UX issues: able to collect and assess relevant data, and move things forward.

This is an office‑based role located in Hammersmith. Wheely has an in‑person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
