- Giving every guest a warm welcome and great first impression
- Taking food and drink orders and handling payments
- Serving hot & cold drinks, including alcohol
- Keeping the pub clean, safe, and inviting
- Supporting the management team when needed
- Delivering excellent service from start to finish
- Thriving in a high-energy, high-volume environment
- Learning new skills and growing your confidence every shift
- What we’re looking for
- 18+ years old (due to licensing laws)
- Friendly, confident, and a great communicator
- Organised with good decision‑making skills
- Willing to learn and take on new opportunities
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Some knowledge of food, wine, or beer is a bonus
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous experience in a pub or restaurant is great – not essential.
