Role Description The 2 x Parts Advisors vacancy we have are full-time roles, responsible for supporting customers and workshops with accurate and timely parts supply.
Day-to-day tasks include identifying and sourcing automotive parts, processing orders, managing returns, and providing advice on suitable components.
The role involves serving customers at the trade counter, handling telephone and digital inquiries, and maintaining clear communication with dealers and suppliers.
The Parts Advisor will also help monitor stock levels, support inventory control processes, and contribute to a clean, organised parts department.
Collaboration with colleagues and a focus on customer satisfaction are central to this position.
Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build positive relationships.
