Wheels Up is looking to hire a Global Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for seeking out talent, interviewing candidates and assisting in the hiring process. This person will focus on talent sourcing, candidate identification, networking and relationship building with potential candidates and will introduce and monitor recruitment best practices including development and management of Wheels Up's recruitment processes, procedures and systems. This position will be located at our affiliate, Air Partner's, office in either Gatwick or London, Victoria.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Source and screen prospective global candidates for various disciplines including Sales, Commercial, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, Technology and more.
- Responsible for candidate sourcing through traditional and creative channels.
- Create and drive candidate pipeline and recruiting strategies in partnership with internal customers.
- Manage the entire recruiting process including sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, presenting potential candidates to managers and job offer presentation.
- Manage hiring manager relationships, cultivate relationships and provide updates to leaders.
- Responsible for metrics and analytics and participate in meetings with the team.
- Manage the reporting for the company's applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
- Generate position specifications for all new open positions.
- Work in collaboration with leadership to determine needs, uncover and implement new recruiting strategies.
- Be a key player in scaling the Company to its next level of growth.
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience in the European and US markets.
- Previous experience with recruiting sales and commercial professionals at various levels (entry to VP).
- Global hiring practice experience and clear understanding of the different laws, rules and regulations.
- Knowledge and proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Must be able to work at either our London (Victoria) or Gatwick offices.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as a team are vital in an ever-changing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to effectively communicate in formal and informal settings with senior executives, peers and candidates.
- Ability to build a candidate's enthusiasm about the opportunity and the organization.
- Adept at juggling multiple roles across different disciplines.
- Keen ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Innovative, creative problem-solving mindset, with ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-changing and highly collaborative environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and a passion for metric-driven results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other job board platforms.
