Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the smooth running of our busy school.
  • Communicate confidently with staff, students, parents and visitors in a positive and professional manner.
  • Be well-organised, efficient and able to use a range of software in an extremely busy environment.
  • Demonstrate strong administration skills, discretion, integrity and the ability to work well under pressure and independently.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an educational establishment is desirable but not essential.
  • Interest in training as a first aider would be desirable.
  • Fluency in spoken English.
  • Ability to provide two suitable references.
  • Subject to all necessary pre-employment checks: Enhanced DBS, Prohibition check (teaching), qualifications, medical fitness, identity and right to work.
