Wheeldons is looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team in a full-time administrative support role. This position provides essential support across several key business functions, including invoicing, allocating, banking, filing, and assisting our Credit Control team with quarterly tasks.
You won’t be replacing any existing roles — instead, you’ll be working alongside our established teams, offering additional support to ensure smooth, accurate and efficient operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Processing and issuing invoices
- Allocating payments accurately
- Supporting daily and weekly banking tasks
- Maintaining organised and up-to-date filing systems
- Assisting Credit Control with quarterly processes and general administrative duties
- Providing flexible support across multiple departments as needed
