I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a House Builder in the area seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is an interesting and varied role where you'd be working with both internal departments of the business as well as external stakeholders involved in the sales process of the homes. The role is part of a small knit team that sits within the wider Sales department. The role is office based, Monday to Friday.
Duties
- To administer Bespoke options chosen by customers
- To administer variations on the database/spreadsheets
- To update sales systems
- Produce weekly reports
- Updating the company website and external platforms with accurate property details
- Assist with answering customer queries about current and upcoming developments
- To liaise with solicitors, estate agents and external stakeholders as necessary
- To assist the sales team whom are based out on site regarding any queries, issues, stationary needs and questions they may have, working alongside the Sales Office Manager
- To carry out general Sales Administration and ad hoc duties as required
