As a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at the Wheatsheaf Inn, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen that the team can be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

What I will be doing (Responsibilities)

  • Train and inspire your chefs and kitchen team to deliver food to be proud of.
  • Drive the team to smash targets.
  • Support food ordering, preparation and stock control.
  • Master the branded menu.
  • Ensure the team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
