We’re looking for a General Manager for the Wheatsheaf Inn in Northleach – a stunning pub in the heart of the Cotswolds and a flagship business within Young’s. The pub has a fantastic reputation for its food offer, using local seasonal produce. It offers a private dining room, a back garden that can become a garden room, and 14 bedrooms for overnight guests.

Ideal candidates have experience working in premium settings with fresh food, a track record of running multi‑faceted businesses, and a people‑focused, guest‑centric approach. They should be passionate about providing an incredible Cotswolds experience to a mix of locals, visitors and regulars. Live‑in accommodation may be available nearby.
