As a Building Pathology Surveyor, you will play a key role in protecting and enhancing the safety, performance and long‑term value of Wheatley’s diverse housing stock. You will undertake detailed technical assessments, diagnose complex building defects and develop evidence‑led repair and investment solutions that improve outcomes for our customers. Working across a wide range of residential building archetypes, you will provide professional technical advice to colleagues, support responses to customer complaints and inform preventative maintenance and investment programmes. You will collaborate closely with teams across assets, repairs, housing, sustainability and compliance, as well as external specialists where required. You will contribute to strategic asset planning and innovative approaches to managing building pathology challenges, including damp, mould, condensation and future net zero priorities.

You will be solutions‑focused, well‑organised and comfortable managing your own workload in a complex and changing organisation.
