Wheatley Golf Club is seeking an experienced and customer-focused House Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our Clubhouse, bar and social facilities. This is a key role within the Club, responsible for delivering high standards of hospitality, managing staff and rotas, overseeing bar operations and finances, and working closely with our Catering Contractor to ensure events and functions run smoothly. The successful candidate will be organised, personable and commercially aware, with proven experience in hospitality or venue management. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing clubhouse and bar operations
- Leading and scheduling bar and front-of-house staff
- Overseeing stock, budgets and compliance

Experience in a golf club or members’ club environment is desirable.
