As a Reception & Administrative Assistant, you will be the face and voice of the school, serving as the first point of contact for students, parents and visitors, while keeping our office operations running efficiently. We need a proactive professional with sharp organisation skills to help us maintain an efficient and welcoming environment. You will be the primary point of contact for our students and visitors, balancing a warm welcome with the fast-paced demands of school administration.
The successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and have a talent and passion for working within a setting such as ours. You will be required to ensure the office runs smoothly on a day to day basis. Knowledge of keyboard and ICT skills are essential, including being confident in the use of different operating systems. You will need personal resilience, an empathetic approach and be happy working flexibly and under pressure. Your desire to learn new skills and contribute to the wider development of the school will be welcomed.
The weekly hours will be 20 as detailed below:
- Tuesday 8.15 - 14.00
- Weds 8.15 - 13.00
- Thurs 8.15 - 14.00
- Friday 8.15 - 13.00
