The Stirling and Grangemouth SDS service supports adults to live independently in their own homes, with a wide range of support needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, and autism.
You will provide support with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household routines, as well as helping individuals access their local community, attend appointments, and maintain meaningful relationships.
