Are you passionate about enhancing young people's careers? The School of Care and Science are looking for a lecturer who will inspire our learners to achieve their full potential during their time at the Luton campus. The right candidate will plan, deliver, and assess across levels 1, 2 & 3 Health and Social Care, as well as launch our new and exciting T Level in Health-Adult Nursing courses.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare resources and deliver lessons across levels 1, 2 & 3 Health and Social Care and T Level in Health-Adult Nursing.
- Assess and mark student work, supporting students with their whole programme of study.
- Embed essential industry skills and facilitate valuable work experience placements.
- Maintain a high standard of teaching practice, improving and upskilling as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent course.
- Relevant vocational experience in Adult Nursing, Health care, or Anatomy & Physiology.
- A teaching qualification is advantageous; full teacher training will be offered.
- Experience working with young people or apprentices in an educational setting is desirable.
