We are looking for a full-time Admissions Officer to work on a fixed-term basis. The Admissions team provide prospective and progressing students with outstanding advice and guidance to ensure the application experience is of the highest quality. Exceptional customer service skills are a must; a proportion of the work involves dealing with enquiries by email, over the phone and face-to-face. The Team also visits local schools and provides valuable information to prospective students at Careers Fairs.
This fixed-term, maternity cover role will require the successful candidate to work 37 hours per week until 5th June 2027. This role will be based at the Hemel Hempstead Campus, however there may be an occasional requirement to work at our Watford campus. The successful candidate must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced working environment.
We're looking for someone with a great approach to teamwork and a friendly style. Your attitude is as important as your experience; you will need to be enthusiastic about education and working with young people. The successful candidate will be a fast learner with excellent attention to detail, equally capable of working on their own projects or contributing to team tasks. Full training will be given; however, excellent communication and IT skills are essential.
