What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Japanese hospitality or premium dining
- A calm, confident personality with excellent communication and people skills
- A sharp eye for detail and a love for creating a polished, welcoming environment
- Experience with formal table service and guiding guests through premium food and drinks
- A true team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- The ability to stay composed and professional during busy services or special events
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering authentic, warm hospitality that reflects the Omotenashi spirit
- Confidently recommending Japanese dishes and beverages such as Sake, demonstrating knowledge and care of the Japanese cuisine
- Working closely with chefs and managers to keep service running smoothly
- Ensuring all front of house areas are spotless, organised, and welcoming
- Handling guest questions or concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Representing Wolves of Tokyo and the Incipio brand with pride
