We are currently recruiting for an experienced Small Works Fire Alarm Engineer to join a well-established and growing fire and life safety company, covering West London and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer looking for stable work, quality projects, and a supportive management team. Responsibilities

  • Carrying out small works, modifications, upgrades, and remedial works on fire alarm systems
  • Installation and commissioning of small fire alarm projects
  • Fault finding and system alterations
  • Working on a range of systems including conventional and addressable fire alarms
  • Ensuring all work is completed to current BS 5839 standards
  • Completing accurate job reports and documentation
  • Liaising professionally with clients and site managers

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer, ideally within small works
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
