Job Description

A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor who is 5+ PQE to join its growing Sheffield-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who enjoys high-quality work, strong client relationships and being part of a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases
• Development and investment work
• Property finance and refinancing
• Asset management transactions

You will work closely with a broad client base including SMEs, developers, investors and owner-managed businesses, providing practical and commercially focused advice throughout.

The role will also involve supporting business development initiatives, maintaining strong professional relationships and identifying opportunities to work collaboratively across the wider firm.

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with Commercial Property experience
• Able to manage matters independently with strong technical knowledge
• Commercially aware with an interest in networking and business development
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and client focused
• Team player with a professional and adaptable approach
