A leading South Yorkshire practice is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join them in Sheffield. They are looking for either a Senior Associate that is 6+ PQE, or a Director that is 9+ PQE. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who enjoys high-quality client work, business development and playing a key role within a collaborative department in a leadership position.
Responsibilities
- You will handle a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, while supporting the wider team through supervision, mentoring and promoting best practice across the department.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Strong residential conveyancing experience with the ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development and networking
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and team-oriented approach
- Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous
